Every morning at Little Heaven begins with a familiar rhythm. The children arrive, greet their friends and settle into a safe environment where they can play, learn and be themselves.
Today, the children explored colours, shapes and creative activities together. What may look like simple play is an important part of their development. They practised sharing, communicating and solving small problems as a group.
These everyday moments help children build confidence and lasting friendships. With patient guidance from the Little Heaven team, every child is encouraged to participate at their own pace.
Little Heaven currently provides daily care for 30 children and supports their families in Kibera, Nairobi. Each meal, activity and caring conversation contributes to a more secure childhood.
